Eli? Maddy? Cake lady? I'll honestly answer to all of them!
But I'm Maddy the maker, baker, creator behind eli & sun.
My love for cooking and baking all started in both of my grandmothers kitchens. This then blossomed into a career becoming a qualified chef at 21.
Anyone that knew me in primary or even high-school knew this was a given career path for me.
Now I get to bake my little heart out, do I get sick of it? No.
Do I smell like I wear a baked goods/ brownie cologne? Absolutely (and ah yum!)
